Message from the Principal

Dear Friends,

Learning is a life-long process that happens not just in school but also at home and in the society. Which is why our motto as GIIS is to turn our students into learners by giving them the right opportunities, right learning environment and the right attitude for their overall development. Hence, the biggest challenge for us at the Global Indian International School is to shape young, impressionable minds in the right way to enable them to face life’s biggest challenges head-on.

Our aim is to empower students to grow as individuals with strong open, discerning minds with an international perspective, preparing them to make a mark in the global village – the world has come to be today. Through our distinctive academic programmes and innovative teaching methodologies, we encourage students to develop critical-thinking and learn through enquiry and reason, to exchange thoughts and ideas, to develop key personal and social values, to take ownership for his/ her choices and to set goals to realise their own unique potential.

We strive to provide an environment that is basically sacred, and has a framework of discipline that is flexible yet supportive, a freedom that allows students to learn even from their mistakes, to develop into person moulded by the correlatives of freedom and responsibility. We also strive to strongly encourage partnerships with parents, whose involvement in their child’s education process is both a gift to the student and a gift to the school.
